We ship from Germany to the following regions:

Germany

  • Standard shipping: €6.99

  • Free shipping for orders over €100

  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days

European Union

  • Standard international shipping: €13.99

  • Delivery time: 5–11 business days

International (including United Kingdom)

  • Standard international shipping: €20.00

  • Delivery time: 5–14 business days

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs clearance (for non-EU countries).

Returns & Refunds

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
